They came out on time and knocked out both front brakes and rotors on my Audi A5 in about 2 hours. They took their time, were careful with the car, and made sure everything was done correctly instead of rushing through it. They came fully equipped and even test drove the car with me afterward to make sure everything felt right. The car drives great now. The dealership wanted $1,300 just to replace the front driver side brake and rotor. Brakes Master replaced both front brakes and rotors for a little over half that price. Definitely happy with the service.

Excellent mobile brake service. Diagnosed and fixed a vibration issue my dealership missed twice. Anton replaced the rotors and pads at a fair price, right at my home. Professional and thorough throughout, highly recommend.

Anton n Alex are truly professional. Good communication throughout the scheduling process and they come to you so you’re not in some repair shop for 1-3 hours. They use all authentic OEM parts, recommend and not upsell on general maintenance. Fairly or even better than fair priced compared to competitors out there. They go the extra mile to make sure your educated and up to speed on all the services they provide which is mostly everything from oil changes brakes plugs rotation etc. In the days of having to find a good mechanic, these guys I found to be the answer n I know I’m building a relationship with people I can trust ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6 stars + Very happy customer here Richard B Thx Anton for making it fair n seemless!!

Alex and Anton were incredibly kind and professional throughout my visit. They were very knowledgeable and completely honest with me about the condition of my car. I had previously been told by my car’s service center that I needed brand-new brakes, even though I had replaced them just two years ago and had only driven 8,000 miles since then. Alex performed a very thorough inspection and reassured me that my brakes are actually in great condition and do not need to be replaced. I truly appreciated their integrity and transparency—it was refreshing to work with people who clearly prioritize honesty over unnecessary upselling. Anton was great, showed up when he said, did great work at the price quoted - So he comes to me and I pay less than at the shop; and I don't have to arrange a ride or sit in a waiting room. Fantastic!!! Will be using Brakes Master again.
